Meet Megan-Serving Lewis and Jefferson Counties!

Megan Marolf was born and raised in the North Country- just outside of Lowville, NY in what some may call the "heart" of Tug Hill, and she spent the last decade calling both Kauyta Lake and Oneida County “home” as well, making her ANOTHER local area expert! She has recently returned to Lewis County and is excited to begin developing client relationships with those residing in Lewis and Jefferson counties. Megan joins our team as an Associate Real Estate Broker. 

As a graduate of Lowville Academy Central School and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of SUNY Potsdam with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Megan is no stranger to hard work, dedication and discipline. She began her real estate career in early 2014 at Lawless Real Estate where she progressed from Agent to Associate Broker. In 2019, with the support of her family and encouragement from prior clients, Megan decided to further challenge herself and open her own brokerage- MM Real Estate Services. In 2022 Megan joined forces with us here at Bradley and Bradley Real Estate, which serves as both a mutual culture fit and win-win situation for all. 

Megan shares, “I’m excited to join Bradley and Bradley Real Estate so that I can continue to serve my past clients in the Mohawk Valley. I feel honored to be a part of their respectable brokerage as they continue to grow. I have a real passion for real estate. There is no better feeling than bringing together a buyer and a seller who share one common goal - to transfer property ownership and who choose me to assist them in turning that goal into a reality. For many individuals, owning property is the largest financial investment of their lives. I am proud to work alongside my clients and to help them realize these goals, whether it be to buy or sell.”

Besides real estate, you will find Megan coaching her daughter Miriel’s little league softball team- an experience she finds very rewarding and enjoyable. She has loved watching her daughter and the rest of the team grow, and she hopes to continue coaching in the years to come. Her daughter is also a member of the Turbine Swim Club and enjoys downhill skiing during the winter.

Dogs are another passion and love of Megan’s. Over the years she has worked with several rescue groups in fostering dogs and has loved every minute of helping provide a temporary home to dogs in need before they find their forever home. From puppies to senior dogs, you can always count on Megan to be the person distracted by dogs at any social gathering!

Megan has a deep-rooted connection to the North Country, and her favorite season here is Summer. She enjoys spending time at her parent’s house on Deer River or on the shores of Lake Ontario, soaking in the warmth of the sun with water nearby. She also loves kayaking, cross-country skiing and admiring the beauty of the woods during many area hikes.

Megan looks forward to this new venture and hopes to continue to provide her expertise in real estate services to her past and future clients.
