Jake has always had a passion for real estate and investing. He has been investing in Real Estate, specifically multifamily properties, for the past 7 years. He has BS degree in Business Administration. Jake has decided to use what he has learned, to help investors in their journey of buying the right investment property for them.

Since Jake owns investment properties himself, he is constantly keeping up to date on market rents and trends. He has developed the knowledge what to look for in investment properties through his own personal experiences.

Beyond investing in Real estate, Jake lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys many outdoor activities locally as well as in the Adirondacks.
